On the last working day of each month Bianca (my wonderful VA) has a task to create projects and add due dates for each of the events for the coming month.When a new project starts I download the template as a new project in Todoist, add all the relevant due dates to individual tasks, delegate tasks as required and the whole project is set up in just a few minutes.I use Todoist Templates to manage recurring projects with multiple tasks that don’t happen on the same day every month so they can’t go into recurring action items.Thank you Zapier - another of my MUST HAVE productivity tools.Ĥ. When I create a task associated with a prospect or client in my CRM it magically appears in my Todoist with the due date.
